When I was younger, I was SUCH a try-hard.
I wanted to be in the popular clique. I wanted to be liked and accepted. I tried so hard to speak and act like the cool kids.
Deep down, I didn’t think I was good enough to have friends who loved me completely.
As I delved into personal development and embarked on my healing journey, I thought that Rae was gone. But a little bit of that fear still remains.
Does this relate to you?
- We speak more formally or hide parts of ourselves to seem more credible, secretly worried that we are too young, too old, too in-experienced, or whatever it is that we’re insecure about.
- Holding back what you truly want to say in fear of being judged. If so, you’re not alone. I’ve felt this way, and I believe all of us have at some point. I want to invite you to the Self-Love Bootcamp that is long overdue.
In my newest podcast episode, I sat down with my good friend Ambra, who is a Breakup and Relationship Coach, for a powerful and loving conversation around self-love, and so much more.
Whether you’re in need of a little self-love or you’re wondering how to have healthier, happier relationships, this is the self-love bootcamp you don’t wanna miss.
For the first time ever, Ambra and I peel back the layers to reveal the intimate struggles and personal revelations rarely shown on our Instagram feeds.
We share our personal journey of self-love and authentic confidence, lessons on showing up as your authentic self even in the workplace, and how to form genuine relationships from a place of love instead of fear.
Own Your Voice Tribe, get ready because this is a cozy and inspiring heart-to-heart conversation you won’t want to miss!
